Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

UltraWeb AI is operated by UltraWeb Marketing, Inc. ("UltraWeb Labs"), based in Boca Raton, Florida, and made available at ultrawebai.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and — specifically — how we handle the data you authorize us to access from Google. Questions? Email info@ultraweblabs.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and billing details.
  • Agent content — the messages, files, instructions, and memory you exchange with your AI agent, stored inside your own isolated, per-customer environment.
  • Usage analytics — standard product telemetry such as page views, feature usage, and errors.
  • Google account data you authorize — only the data covered by the scopes you grant during Google sign-in (see below). We request access only after you explicitly consent on Google's screen, and you can revoke it at any time.

2. How we use information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the user-facing features of UltraWeb AI — running your AI agent, performing the tasks you ask of it, securing your account, processing billing, and providing support. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Google user data — the scopes we request

When you connect your Google account, UltraWeb AI requests only the scopes needed for the features you use. Each is shown on Google's consent screen, where you choose what to grant:

  • openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profile — to sign you in and show your name and email.
  • drive.file — access limited to the specific files you create or open with UltraWeb AI, so we never touch the rest of your Drive.
  • calendar — to read and manage your calendar events on your behalf (check availability; create, update, and delete events).
  • gmail.modify — to read, compose, send, draft, label, and organize your email on your behalf.

We request gmail.modify and calendarbecause UltraWeb AI acts as a hands-on assistant that operates on your email and calendar at your direction. Narrower read-only scopes are insufficient because the assistant must also send, draft, and organize messages and create and update events — actions read-only scopes do not permit. We use drive.file rather than broad Drive access so we only ever touch files you explicitly involve.

4. How we access, store, share, retain, and delete Google user data

  • Accessed only with your OAuth consent, and only to perform the actions you request.
  • Stored within your isolated, per-customer environment and encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are kept only while your Google connection is active.
  • Sharedwith no one for sale or advertising. We use only the infrastructure subprocessors required to run the service — cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing (Stripe), and AI model inference (OpenAI and/or Anthropic) — each contractually prohibited from using data we send via their APIs to train their own models.
  • Used for AI processing only for the specific request you make. Google user data is notused to train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models — ours or our providers'.
  • Retained only while your account and Google connection are active. Disconnecting Google stops our access and removes stored Google data and tokens.
  • Deleted on request. You may revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or request deletion by emailing info@ultraweblabs.com. On account termination or a verified deletion request we delete your data, including any Google user data, within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Limited Use

UltraWeb AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular, UltraWeb AI does not:

  • use Google user data for serving advertisements;
  • transfer or sell Google user data for advertising, marketing, or other prohibited purposes;
  • use Google user data to train, develop, or improve generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models; or
  • allow humans to read your Google user data, unless: you give consent to view specific messages; it is necessary for security (such as investigating abuse); it is required to comply with applicable law; or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

6. Data security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, per-customer isolation, access controls, and secret management. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use industry-standard practices to protect your information.

7. Your choices

You can disconnect Google at any time from within UltraWeb AI or via your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting immediately stops UltraWeb AI from accessing your Google data.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as our practices evolve and will revise the "Last updated" date above.
